All turnkey telecom, solar, and electrical projects are executed based on specific technical site surveys and documented client requirements. Emerging Technologies reserves the right to adjust project timelines or technical specifications based on unforeseen site conditions or regulatory changes encountered during the execution phase.
3. Supply & Delivery
We utilize a robust logistics network to ensure the timely delivery of hardware, steel structures, and electrical components. Title and risk of loss transfer to the client immediately upon the delivery of materials to the designated site or warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping or customs.
4. Payment & Contractual Terms
Financial quotes are provided based on competitive market pricing and are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Detailed payment milestones for engineering services, solar installations, and general order supplies are strictly outlined in individual project contracts and must be adhered to for continued service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Emerging Technologies provides high-quality infrastructure but is not liable for network downtime, environmental energy fluctuations, or system failures caused by external factors beyond our installed equipment’s performance monitoring scope. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of our specific installations under warranty.
6. Intellectual Property
All technical designs, site survey formats, and website content are the intellectual property of Emerging Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction of our engineering blueprints or proprietary supply processes is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
